Today on December 4th 2020, we concluded the first workshop with School Principals and Quality Assurance Coordinators (KSC) in 20 ALLED 2 partner schools.
The aim of the workshop was:

• reminding and clarifying the rationale and importance of the quality assurance cycle at school level and the expectations from each phase of this cycle,
• presentation of some quality assurance experiences at school level (in the international arena),
• defining the role and responsibilities of all school structures in quality assurance, and
• initiating the process of consolidating quality assurance systems at the school level.

This workshop is part of the training and mentoring program for Quality Assurance Coordinators and directors of vocational schools, which was developed within the ALLED 2 project, based on a preliminary assessment of their needs for professional development in the field of insurance. of quality.

The next step is to support schools through mentoring in consolidating internal quality assurance mechanisms.
